Lasted 1 year and 1 week, making it ineligible for Warranty support and making it a $400 piece of trash laying around my house. You're better off with a $100 Nest Router which is what I'm using now because I had to replace this trash in a pinch, and there's no difference in wifi speed and at least if the Nest craps out I'm not out $400 like the Amplifi. Customer support at Amplifi is trash - don't even bother.

Yeah, WiFi is so much faster and reliable now. Definitely recommend. (Note, it's not a modem router, just a router which plugs into your existing modem which I stuffed up when buying, but works awesome so don't care)

Well, I've been patiently waiting for a couple of weeks for this AmpliFi HD router to arrive and it turned up today. I opened the box and there's only a UK power supply....which is useless to me here in Australia. So until this situation is resolved or a return the router for a full refund, all I have is a useless paperweight. Amazon: this is the SECOND time that I've ordered WiFi routers via Amazon AU that were supposed to come with an Australian power plug. Please get your bloody act together. EDIT: after contacting the Ubiquiti team and being advised that I would need to buy another power supply, I returned the router for a refund. Ubiquiti has lost a customer.

Easy to use and great wifi signal… when it’s working. But I’ve had this product for 18 months now and it’s extremely finicky. Never have I had to factory reset a device so many times. Totally unreliable and stops working for no apparent reason and then it’s a real pain to get it up and running again. Hundreds of dollars down the drain
