The Lowepro Flipside Trek BP 450 AW Backpack is decent in terms of room and comfort. The camera compartment had plenty of space for my needs, but the other compartment felt kind of small-ish. The biggest issue I have with it is that it turned out not to be as sturdy as I had thought. The seam of the shoulder strap ripped after 10 months of use, and I had to take it somewhere to have it fixed.
The Lowepro Flipside Trek BP 450 AW Backpack is decent in terms of room and comfort. The camera compartment had plenty of space for my needs, but the other compartment felt kind of small-ish. Love this backpack, but wish it had a deeper camera compartment to accommodate pro SLRs like a D5. They will fit, but it is tight once zipped.

After a few weeks of owning this bag, Ive put it to the test on a couple of long hikes. The bag is very comfortable, even when loaded down. There is plenty of room for photo gear in the main compartment, holding all of the necessary gear for a full day oflandscape shooting. Lowepro thought a lot of things through with this bag. I really love the gear dividers with storage, they have come in handy every time. Aside from the camera compartment, the top storage is a bit small but large enough to fit snacks, a headlamp, a hat, and a few small other things. The front compartment I found good to hold a light jacket on my hikes. Honestly, the only downside Ive found to this bag is no laptop sleeve. Which can be pretty necessary if used for traveling. Its great to have the Ipad sleeve, but for longer travel and more extensive editing, I am pretty limited on an Ipad. Overall 4.5/5!

I've had it a while now and I love it. Perfect for i wanted. nice space in the top for waterproofs/food, both of which are very important to me. Side pockets for my drinks too (small flask in one side, water bottle in the other) love it!
