Osprey Daylite Plus päiväreppu

I ordered the Earl Gray color expecting the Daylite Plus to be gray. It is not. It's actually olive green. So I returned it to the Tampa FL store where I ordered it and ordered the black one. A week later, another Earl Gray showed up on my doorstep. Very frustrating. To top it off, my wife called to complain and ask the manager to inform her employee what she did wrong. The manager said, don't you worry about my staff" in a condescending tone. Not professional at all or apologetic. If I was a manager there, I would welcome any and all feedback to keep my customer base happy and coming back for more. Needless to say, after this fiasco is fixed, we probably won't return to this location.

Great overall bag! Perfect for travelling/hiking and general purpose use. Side pockets perfect to fit a yeti in the side off.

Perfect size and weight for day hikes. I like that there is a waist strap, the shoulder straps are padded and very comfortable. There are plenty of pockets with one big outer pocket to stuff things in for easy reach. The price is very reasonable.
