I purchased this for my husband as a gift for a 7 week European interrailing trip we went on in April and May and he found it to be perfect for his needs. He mainly used it for laptop and tech plus a few pieces of clothing and books/documents. It’s lightweight but capacious and well designed.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of Samsonite products. For such a popular and established brand, it is shameful to produce such inferior quality items. After just three months of using this bag exclusively for carrying minimal items to my office, it started to tear. This is awful and truly disappointing. I will never buy a Samsonite product again.In comparison, I have come across much cheaper bags in the market that offer incredible quality and durability, even with rough use. Over the past three months, I only used this bag for light office items. I am relieved that I never trusted it to carry my laptop or tablet, as it would have likely fallen apart.Paying such a high price for this bag, only to have it fail so quickly, is unacceptable. I am absolutely disappointed and appalled by the quality. Shame on you, Samsonite!

Please do not waste your hard-earned money on China-made products. I bought the bag in November 2023, and it has started to disintegrate in less than a year. One of my colleagues also purchased a bag from the same brand and is also regretting it.
