recently purchased, however we find it rather heavy which makes it difficult to control .surprised no handle or grip near bottom of dust container which would give more balance .with two handed grip.pleased we retained dc 50.which is heavier but more flexible.being a senior household we are disappointed with this model

Smooth floor head pick up is poor and leaves dust and particularly dog hair. Vacuum itself clogs up more than previous one (had 4). Disappointing.
