Works as advertised. Best tool I have found for woody-brush. Used to perform/keep up with fire mitigation in the Rocky’s, plows ahead without slowing down.

Have had my 336FR for a couple years now. Really powerful, well balanced brush cutter. It is not light, but I didn't buy it for lawn work.

Mine 336 is broken after few years of light usage in my garden. Allready after some hour of use, some of the screws just broke, as the head and the gags where separated in two halfs. Due to vibrations? Second year: the gangs of the spark plug where gone after a lot of vibrations and the plug wasnt fastened from the store, but my HQ store got this fixed. Many others screws broke, and I am not able to fasten the protection for the gras trimming head. I also had to drill out some old screws to get new one in right place. Last summer it suddenly died while cutting gras. It did start when the saw was cold, but as fast that it went hot, it died. My HQ store didnt manage to fix it, and they ment it could be something with the piston. I also have a HQ 545 chainsaw, with none trouble in 12 years. So this 336 was a huge disappointment.
