With this toothbrush being a premium product you would expect this to have no issues but this has developed an internal rattling noise and doesn’t work correct!Customer services couldn’t offer a replacement as I didn’t have a receipt dated back from purchase…

I bought 2 of these premium top of the range toothbrushes for around £200 each at the time. One lasted a year with light use the other just about managed 18 months. They both developed a similar issue where it vibrates and makes noise but doesn't do any cleaning, I think the motor has disengaged from the brush head. Really disappointed with these.

This is the most magnificent toothbrush. I have had 3. But each time, after a year or so, it breaks and stops being as effective. After some research, it seems the magnetic motor becomes misaligned, but for a toothbrush at this price, this is not acceptable after a year or so. For the price it should last at least 5 years! And trying to contact Philips for support is nigh on impossible.

Had this for over 2 years and it’s just stopped working. It won’t turn on. I’ve left it for days. I then charged it,, but it just won’t turn on. Considering how expensive these toothbrushes are, they really aren’t that durable. Awful. I’ve asked for a replacement as it’s still under warranty, but Philips don’t really tell you or notify you if they agree to the replacement or not - haven’t heard from them since submitting the form! Awful in every sense - from the quality of this product, to customer service.
