lousy responses. I was clear about my toothbrush not working. It would make the noise but the brush didn't move. it was under two years old. I was told to change the brush and there was nothing wrong with it.. If there was nothing wrong with it.. I'd be using it. Instead I had to purchase new one and throw the old one ou

Please, please don't waste your money on these. Owned one of these for over a year and have to say they are shockingly poor quality design. Water can ingress into the switches causing them to get stuck, or make it hard to switch on or off. Even if you dry the toothbrush off after every use as I have done.Come on Philips, this is basic stuff to get so spectacularly wrong, more so considering the cost of some of these. It's a toothbrush and it's going to get wet!!! It should be able to work reliably for many years in wet conditions.
