I got this for my wife, who has constant back pain and she absolutely loves it. The pain has baffled doctors but this product eases it better than hot water bottles or microwaveable wheat packs. Delivery was quick and it has been a great success.

I first purchased one of these in April 2023. It was good until it failed earlier this July 2024. I had read that there was a 3 year guarantee on it so contacted the manufacturers (not Amazon, although they have picked up on it) on 4 July, am waiting for reply from manufacturers. In the meantime I purchased another the same from Amazon Warehouse. This one doesn’t work at all so is being returned. I won’t be buying another one!
