DeWalt DCD740N-XJ 360W

Doesn't seem to have the power to drill 3/4 " holes through studs. 5/8ths works okay. Battery longevity is not as good as others that I've heard of. Good for small projects, but wanted something more durable.

I bought this tool for the use at work for a tight area that a normal drill just doesn't fit. Along with short drill bits, this drill did what I expected, with no problems. Glad I bought it [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Got this as a gift, thought at the time that I'd get limited, special situations use out of the drill. Surprisingly, it's a good substitute for the 'regular' drill in most any job need, especially smaller ones. Good power, easy on battery power, very balanced, even with larger battery. Compared to right angle drills from other manufacturers, the DeWalt unit is far superior to its competitors in weight, torque, as well as features such as a standard 3/8 chuck. The drills from other manufacturers use a shallow, hex drive that will not secure a drill bit which limits accuracy.
