It had been working fine for 8 months now, hmm I updated to Catalina 10.15.2 and screen goes dark. Help!

Very well made product. Bought the WALLSHELF4U adjustable 12"-18". My only issue was that it came with two left side pieces even though they were marked L and R, but managed to make it work, just had to bolt from the inside the rack instead of outside.

Works on Windows, works on Macbook Pro (Mid 2014 model - 10.14 MacOS) and not in a Macbook Pro (Mid 2012 model - running the same version 10.14)

I bought two of this device from amazon. I works perfectly on windows 10. But my mac-air having (10.14) does not recognize it at all. I wounder why they mention it work on mac.
