Just purchased this product. Small and compact straight shredder. Takes care of shredding quickly, but bin requires emptying after 8-10 A4 pages. Perfect size to hide in a corner, and cable tidied away in top of bin open area

The title says it all! It's black, the cutting sensor is rather narrow, but it does what it was bought for. Competitors could well offer better products so shop around. Encountered stupid restrictions on Nicknames, length of review. Typical arrogance!

Jammed after first use. Finally got paper clear and jammec again on second use and just stopped working. Waste of money!

It jams up after every couple of pages even though I am shredding them, one at a time! The customer support is non existent, the link takes you to a notice that says page does not exist.

With experience of shredders this one runs smoothly and should just be emptied regularly. It appears to halt shredding once the paper in the bin below starts to get to the top. No problem, quick empty and continue. I am not doing mass sheets but 2/3 at a time. The buttons are easy and reverse works as it should. In terms of removing jammed paper, once switched off at the main, I have no concerns pulling it through, the mechanism part is well shielded (with younger family members about too!)
