So far so good. Feels a little flimsy until you have assembled. Quiet and smooth shredding. I like the 3 year warranty too for peace of mind. Selected Fellowes as have been disappointed with the longevity of other brands, and Fellowes has good reviews. Also purchased lubricant to help performance.

The AutoMax 80M shredder was purchased to replace an old Staples one. It has been an excellent choice and am very happy with it.
