Cracking sound and a great price worth every penny.

This thing has no bass. My old jbl subwoofer had much more control and way better bass sounds. This thing sucks to be honest. Sound is all over the place too. Commercials and music sound different with every changing scene. Even when it randomly gets super loud it still has less bass than ur little sister. I would rank it 1 star but then I would feel really bad about spending a thousand dollars on this thing

Initial Performance: The soundbar system performed well for about a year, delivering high-quality audio as expected for a premium product. Issues Encountered: In November 2024, the subwoofer stopped pairing with the soundbar, rendering the product partially unusable. Customer Support Experience: A service request was raised through Harman customer care. Despite escalating the issue all the way to the CEO’s office, no resolution has been provided even after 1.5 months. Repeated responses from support lacked clarity or commitment to a resolution timeline, leaving the issue unresolved. My Suggestion: While the BAR1000 7.1.4 offers excellent performance initially, the lack of reliable after-sales support and prolonged service delays make this product a risky purchase. Recommendation: Avoid purchasing unless Harman improves its customer service quality
