Purchased the AD400 Pro at Henry's in Woodbridge in July 2019 and brought it to a Europe photo shoot. Unit worked flawlessly outdoors and indoors and Hi-speed sync worked beautifully on an evening beach shoot. Has worked well ever since. Although, battery met it's spec for minimum shots at full power, I would still highly recommend an extra battery.

Bought this 14 months ago. Used it two times. Once when I bought it, and again at 13 months. Worked the first time, but the second time the battery wouldn't charge. Henry's won't help because it's been over 12 months of purchase. And after 2/3 weeks, still no work from the Godox company. Very disappointed that I can't use my "new" equipment because no one is able to help. I will not buy this brand again.
