Klipsch R-101SW 10" subwoofer

I purchased this subwoofer from the Leicester branch Saturday.i originally went in to collect some replacement ear pads for my headphones and asked Richard for some info on this Klipsch r-101sw.i wanted a subwoofer to go with my Cambridge cx81 and cxnv2.ive already got Wharfdale evo 4.4s and wanted extra added lower bass. Fantastic bit of kit,huge box,the service yet again from richer sounds is always brilliant and Richard was no different.the quality of this bit of kit,how it looks,sounds,fits well into my hifi setup.you won’t be disappointed with the Klipsch or richer sounds.

Recently bought a full klipsch 5.1.2 setup, loving it all! The bass the R-101SW adds is great, perfect power for my space. Compatability is great for the Klipsch sound the rest of my speakers deliver.

Easy to set up and descent sound. I'm happy with this subwoofer.

This Klipsch came to fill an old Yamaha home cinema set whose subwoofer had died. First of all, the subwoofer is bulky (it was a surprise because I had forgotten to check, not a problem). Secondly, it's extremely powerful, so I had to position it really well and adjust it properly so that it didn't drown out the rest of my installation with its bass. Once correctly adjusted, it is perfect even at very low volumes, with no distortion at high volumes. Very pleasant, but really powerful in my opinion for a small room (unless you love rattling the furniture). Very good sound definition, perfect articulation, really completes my installation.
