I bought this lens two months ago. It is an excellent lens for portrait shots with creamy boke.

I recently picked up the **Sony FE 85 mm f/1.4 GM II — the “Mark II” version of Sony’s flagship portrait lens — and I’m thrilled to report: it absolutely delivers. If you’re doing portraits (and I know you love them) this one is worth considering seriously.
