You buy a Zeiss filter at three times the price to stay in the system and have it all fit so cleanly together. But, then it doesnt!!! Hey, Zeiss--did you subcontract the lens cap to Playmobil? The lens cap is a plastic toy. So what?!? So it sticks, it fumbles, it falls off. In the meantime, the moment moves on and Im standing there trying to remove this plastic toy of a lens cap from this expensive Zeiss filter.

It's amazing. Even by the packaging, looks, and feel of it you know you are dealing with the best quality. I've used $20-30 Hoya lenses in the past but they never ever clean easy and that is bothersome when you are in the moment and want the shot and can't get smears off your lens cover. This lens cover is amazing and from what I see so far cleans incredibly well and doesn't affect image quality at all.
