Honestly bought it yesterday, tried it today, and in less than 10 min it's already not working. I had to travel more than 60km to buy it, and it's stuffed.

The vacuum head is complete rubbish, it is so incredibly noisy i am embarrassed to use it. I live on an acreage and the noise outside of my house puts my drill to shame. I will buy another vacuum before i bother replacing this rubbish head.

Vacuum is quiet and fantastic suction. Unfortunately the turbo head is complete rubbish and makes such an incredible noise. Really disappointed.

Vacuum cost $400. Turbo head replacements cost $300. The white plastic turbine thing takes one hit from a small pebble or cat litter crystal and it's fried, incredibly noisy and ridiculously overpriced plastic. They work well, but designed to fail. You cannot undo it and clean it either.

The original doesnt work correctly so I replaced with a new one doesnt work any better than the one thats broken. Always brought Electrolux but very disappointed in this one
