I bought the Apple IPad Pro 13 Inch M5 3 weeks ago and I have experienced the differences between my Apple IPad Pro 12.9 Gen 6. My biggest disappointment with the M5 is the FaceTime feature which I use frequently for communication with my grandchildren, who live in a different state. Grainy and blurry video and the color is washed out not vivid and clear as the IPad Pro 12.9 was. Although the M5 is lighter in weight and supposedly has a wider screen (screen width not really noticeable) this to me was a downgrade and in future I will definitely read the pros and cons before buying again. In the past it really was an upgrade so my trust that this experience would be a better one didn’t pan out. Now I have to sit in bright lighting and jump through hoops to get a decent video chat with my family.

Great big iPad for the money. It’s like watching a full size TV, and colors jump out off the screen too.

Sent it back. Prefer the Samsung Android. Im just an android person
