I have already 6 pcs of this Keb Jacket W in all different colors. I love Keb Jacket so much because you can wear it in all types of weather..Great Jacket indeed..

I am going to be fair: to me, this is the best design for a jacket there is. I just love putting this thing on and taking it on a hike in the mountains. I've been using it on all my outdoor adventures- hiking, tenting, camping. The material feels very solid and durable, the zippers are very high quality and easy to open/close. I also love the hood because of its versatility- you can use it as a collar, normal hood, or really hide in it when its fully extended. The jacket is light and the cut allows you to move freely in it. Also, it has shown no signs of wear for the two years I've been using it. I hope it stays like this for many more to come. As a summary- I admit, I did buy this jacket for the looks- but it won me over with its functionality and fit and is now one of my most favorite pieces of clothing.

The waterproofing is excellent. However the jacket is not robus. I have a wear/cut where my rack sack goes over the neck. Hardly a high impact area. Look elsewhere with protective areas for serious users.

Reviewers elsewhere have brought up the fact that this jacket cannot be considered waterproof, but are slightly missing the point of the design. Instead, it needs to be considered as a semi-soft-shell top, with waterproofable areas (with the application of G-Wax) and breathable, wind resistant stretch body and arm panels for comfort and freedom of movement. In the right conditions, for strenuous outdoor activity this is an all-day jacket, and has become my go-to top for the sort of bleah winter conditions that this country excels in. Study the weather reports and select your wardrobe accordingly. In addition, like all Fjallraven gear, it's built like a tank and will be around then other brands are in the recycling bin.
