It works perfectly with my Surface Laptop Studio, charging as expected and driving a 4K at 60hz and 1440p monitor at 120Hz.

I bought this POS to run two monitors, so I didn't have to swap the monitor cables between my work and personal laptops. Lightning, no problem. HDMI... doesn't work. Wonderful. So now instead of swapping the original lightning and HDMI between laptops... I'm swapping the dock lightning and the original HDMI. On top of this, the fan sounds like some wheezing dude struggling up a hill. Whirrr....whirrr..whirr... Not seeing a win here, for hundreds of dollars spent.
