I was a little worried this might not work exactly how I wanted but it does! Hopefully this will help someone else. Thunderbolt connection to laptop, dual HDMI out at 4K.

Update (08/08/22): The MS Wireless Mobile Mouse 3500 is now behaving after replacing the thunderbolt 3 cable (that comes with the dock) with a thunderbolt 4 cable, which is now plugged into the same thunderbolt 4 port on the laptop. Original review (08/06/22): The mouse pointer moves erratically when I plug the usb-a transceiver for my wireless mouse into this dock. Other than that, the dock seems to work fine when plugged into a thunderbolt 4 port on my laptop. For the time being I have the transceiver taking up another port on my laptop, which I really do not want.

Do yourself a favor and don't buy this product, or you'll be forced to deal with Lenovo support sucking hours out of your life for no help. The dock's main USB-C thunderbolt cable is comically short, making it difficult to connect to your laptop. I tried buying two different longer cables, none of which worked with the dock. Apparently only "Lenovo" branded cables work (so much for the "Universal" in USB huh?). Lenovo's website doesn't list any options, and I tried chatting with and then calling their support, but that's an exercise in having a bad day and not getting any help. I'm stuck with this now, but save yourself and go with a different company.

Item arrived defective; audio plug does not work. I ordered a replacement and it had network issues that made it disconnect every 2 minutes. This is not the same enterprise-grade docking station you get with enterprise volume purchases. These are low-quality leftovers from the warehouse.
