Noctua NH-L12S

Big fan, cool product. Perfect for a 2u chassis, my 5950x had a stock cooler sitting at high 50s idle, now 32c

Good size, great thermals but a bit wonky. Installed in a MITX build and it was right in the size allowance. Thermals have been spot on for cooling my AMd cpu. Unit itself was not square to the heat exchanger and required a little manipulation:/

Adding this to a mini-itx gaming build. Pleased with it so far. I am using it in a Thermaltake Core V1 Mini ITX Cube. Has plenty of space in it.

This is hamds down the best low profile cooler on the market. I am running a 8700 with only the bottom fan attached. By using a custom fan curve and Thermal Grizley conductanaut past. I am seeing temps in the mid 70's under full load on Aida64. No thermal throtteling. The mounting brackets are just fantastic and great quality.

In the end, whether limited by space or not, the NH-L12S is an affordable cooler that produces pleasing results.
