I use that one time and the second time it wasn't working, you need to come to get that or to change the product...

EU plug not UK! Bought a first then a second from amazon open box. I liked the product but both items had an EU and not UK plug so needed to return.

A fantastic bit of kit If you want an ultra-light, plasticky, cordless Trimmer, that sounds like a hundred trapped mozzies, then keep looking. If you want something that feels, sounds, works, oozes quality, and gives you the impression that it will outlast your hair growth capabilities , then do yourself the same favour I did, and trust in a Mosser. This Mosser Quality to hold, quality to use. One of my best buys in many years

It doesn't work at all. Simply it doesn't have the power to cut my hair.
