Our hairdresser uses this to shave my head as I have very little hair. I liked it so much. I bought one myself so I could keep my hair really short in between six weekly family haircuts. Highly recommended.

The review is for the product, not the seller. Philips are dropping their standard. The blades are rough and very unpleasant. Hubby complained every time he tried it. I believe in past he used girls trimmer, the blades on old one were not catching and pulling hair out. May be it’s one off, it didn’t last in our house.

I started using this for my beard and this is working well and fulfilling the purpose. Only con is you have to purchase batteries for it

I purchased this trimmer at Walmart more than two years ago, and have used it once daily since then. The ease-of-use and performance are both fine, you get an acceptable amount of time before the battery needs to be replaced, but it is in the design that it falls short. About 6 mos ago, I started to notice that the snug fit between the handle and the upper half (cutting attachment) was loosening up, and the upper half would rotate and work itself loose from the handle while in use. I now have to keep one finger against the upper half of the trimmer to hold the two halves in place, otherwise it will rotate and separate from the handle. Disappointing.For this reason, I'm only giving this trimmer 3/5 stars.
