Amazing close shave. My big issue has always been the neck “stinger” pains. I gave up shaving because of it many years ago. This razor is simply amazing. I actually enjoy shaving. No pain. Cordless and waterproof are great. Shaving in the shower saves time and is an easy way to rinse the razor afterwards. I highly recommend getting this product and the cleaning pod. Set it in the cleaning pod turn the razor on and you’re done. It’s ready for the next shave. Love this thing

Good shaver not for a heavy beard I use it for a one to three day old beard

The shaver is nice. I’ve been using Norelco triple-header shavers since the 1980’s, and I prefer them above other brands. My main complaint with Philips is that the new models are underpowered. Still, I like the features of this shaver, and the cleaning pod is an excellent addition.The app is crap, something they slapped together because somebody in marketing decided they needed an app to constantly nag the user to buy more products. The upside is that you don’t need the app to get the benefits of this great shaver.

I like the razor, took a few days to get use to the small circular method they recommend. It seems to take me a little longer to shave but that’s because I’m trying to get a close even shave so I do a lot of little circles in both directions. I gave it 4 stars because I do not like the sideburn trimmer. I don’t think it works as well as others I’ve had in the past.
