I love this scanner. It is small and easy to use for all kinds of responses that you would have to do in getting responses to people fast and on time. It is great. I am glad I found it on your site.

For something that is only a couple years old it's disgraceful that it will not operate on my Surface Pro computer running Windows 11. Isn't even recognized. It seems that a majority of brother scanners cannot be run on arm processors. Ridiculous for such a major company

It used to work good. They did an update and now I can't scan anything as a PDF and I don't get the option to add another page. I no longer like it!
