Print quality was fine for my purposes (mostly printing forms) but slow for big documents, more reliable than the hp deskjet it is replacing. Setup was a little difficult as the cable is not included and you have to be very precise about putting the paper in, otherwise it says there is no paper. Bought it because it was small, and it fits well on my desk so suitable for the purpose. Good value even adding the £3 for the cable, however I wish it was an option at purchase time to add the cable as I couldn't use it straight away

Having had trouble with my previous printer which wasted my time and money I invested in this thinking finally I can print and of course it is somehow surplus to requirements to include the usb cable that connects a printer to your computer!? This is not adequately explained above...or at all for that matter. An appliance should come with all you need, no hidden stupid surprises wasting more time and money. A giant company like canon can easily include it, its about time people started respecting their customers again!
