The first one we received was actually defective. Filed the warranty online, which was fast & easy. Staples took care of everything, now we have a great product, and am very satisfied with the service.

It is easy to use, and great for simple lables. Customization features include font size, symbols, borders, and an extensive library of symbols and clip art. Great for file folder labels.

I ordered this and the person that I gave it to didn't want that kind so I sent back, could have been a great label maker I don't know
