With my new Printer HP LASER JET PRO 4002dw I ordered and payed for at the at the same time, a new cartridge . The printer arrived on time, and is fine. However the cartridge which cost £122.49 failed to turn up. Thinking it may be coming from a different depot I just waited for 10 days. Then contacted HP ONLY TO BE TOLD ANY NONE DELIVERIES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 7 DAYS.

I have used Printerland several times over the years and have always received excellent service and very speedy delivery. Theselection of products offered is outstanding as well has keenly competitive pricing.I would not hesitate to use again and strongly recommend this company to anyone seeking to buy a printer and needed guidanceI have always purchases. HP printers finding them to work well but their policy with regards to limiting acceptance of alternative suppliers of consumables is questionable
