Burberry for Men (Eau de Toilette) on raikas, puinen tuoksu, jonka monet kokevat miellyttäväksi mutta melko turvalliseksi valinnaksi. Sitruksen, mausteiden ja puun yhdistelmä sopii arkeen, toimistoon ja rentoihin tilanteisiin ilman, että tuoksu helposti käy liian voimakkaaksi. Juuri tämä helppokäyttöisyys tekee siitä monelle sopivan. Arvosteluissa toistuu kuitenkin usein, että tuoksu ei ole kovin omaperäinen ja muistuttaa monia muita perusmiestuoksuja samassa hintaluokassa. Useat käyttäjät kuvaavat alkua ja pohjaa hieman synteettisiksi ja kaipaavat enemmän luonnetta tai syvyyttä. Myös kesto ja projektioteho jakavat mielipiteitä: osa saa työpäivän verran käyttöä, toisten mielestä suorituskyky on selvästi keskitasoa heikompi. Ostajalle tämä tarkoittaa varmaa arkiparfyymia, mutta ei erityisen erottuvaa tuoksuprofiilia. Jos etsit jotain persoonallisempaa tai erittäin voimakasta, kannattaa harkita muita vaihtoehtoja.

A classic fragrance! Brings back memories. I first purchased this in 1996 and haven't found it anywhere since then. I was so happy to find it here on Fragrance Direct! I hope Burberry continue producing this.

Burberry for men is currently one of my office fragrances. Similar to the clothing, the scent also has a classic yet distinctive statement. I can't smell apple in the top note, and how does marigold smell? Well? Bergamot and blackcurrant are more accurate. After about 10 minutes, a light, slightly bitter floral note emerges. Lavender and jasmine balance each other out on my skin. The heart note is really pleasant on my skin and envelops me in the scent like a nice shirt. Slowly, the sweet aromas of the base begin to come through. Mainly, the woodruff accord of tonka bean stands out for me and rounds off this fragrance nicely. I like to wear this scent when I have an official appointment. It has the necessary presence without being intrusive. In one word: stylish. The longevity is sensational on my skin. All in all, Burberry men is not quite aimed at the mass market. Of all the Burberry fragrances currently available, this one is the best on my skin!
