Cartier Pasha de Cartier Noir Absolu on lämmin, maskuliininen hajuvesi, jossa on selviä tupakka-, vanilja- ja puusävyjä. Got a sample of this in a Macy’s sampler. This really smells like old money, old books, and cigars. It emits a smell reminiscent of a high end jazz club. This is by far one of the most masculine smelling colognes I’ve smelled. It just might not be great for every occasion.

The first spray is quite difficult. You will have to wait a little before this unpleasant smell disappears to give way to a very nice perfume; spicy, woody, smoky with some kind of “dark” atmosphere. It lives up to its name, "Noir Absolu" indeed... Completely masculine imo. Beautiful, don't let the opening destabilize you!

A freshly opened box of cigarettes, wafts of moist tobacco rising up your nostrils. A cup of maybe mokka with cocoa, maybe Chinese black tea. It's hard to tell. In any case, there are a couple of gingerbread cookies as a side snack, slightly burnt. One cigarette is taken out of the box and lit up. Fougère notes, burnt flowers, barrell char and maybe a hint of incense. Dense and well blended. Lasts 10-12 hours, good sillage.
