Franck Olivier Oud Touch tunnetaan erittäin voimakkaana, lämpimänä ja puumaisena-orientaalisena miesten tuoksuna, jossa erottuu vadelman, ruusun, karamellin ja tummien puunuottien yhdistelmä. Monet käyttäjät kehuvat sen valtavaa kestoa ja vahvaa tuoksupilveä; yksi–kaksi suihkausta riittää usein koko päiväksi, erityisesti vaatteissa. Samalla tuoksua kuvataan raskaaksi, intensiiviseksi ja ajoittain tunkkaiseksi, joten se sopii parhaiten kylmään vuodenaikaan ja iltakäyttöön, ei niinkään toimistoon tai kuumaan säähän. Hinta–laatusuhdetta pidetään erinomaisena, sillä tuoksu vaikuttaa ylelliseltä ja kalliilta suhteessa matalaan hintaan. Koostumus on kuitenkin hyvin rohkea ja kypsä; arvosteluissa korostetaan, ettei tämä ole turvallinen sokko-ostos ja että raikkaisiin tai kevyisiin tuoksuihin tottuneet voivat kokea sen liian voimakkaana, synteettisenä tai jopa epämiellyttävänä. Ostajan kannattaa siis pohtia, pitääkö raskaista, makean puumaisista oud-tyyleistä ja rajata käyttö sopiviin tilanteisiin.

This scent is great if you like an affordable yet good Oud-Rose fragrance. It smells so strong that I really only spray it a maximum of 1-2 times and it’s noticeable. I was always noticed with this scent, and people could smell me from meters away; I realized this when a teacher once said, "It really smells strongly of perfume in here today," and I was sitting in the last row :) Price-performance ratio is top, I like the scent even though it is sometimes a bit sharp and smells a bit like grandma, nevertheless it develops wonderfully.

Many thanks to Sören for the decant of oudTouch :-) This is truly a beautiful rose-oud fragrance. Additionally, the longevity is impressive at around 10 hours, and the sillage is very well done. The scent was also very well received by my best friend. The top note starts off with woody-oriental oud aromas, but also with raspberries and a hint of caramel. The heart note strongly smells of rose water with iris, violet, incense, and a sweetness. The base continues to smell of agarwood and rose, but also spicy, animalic, and leathery with musk. Now, if I take a look at the price, I think I’ll have to get the bottle soon. You really can’t go wrong with this one! EDIT 14.02.2024: Thanks to Sören, I now also have the bottle ;-) I now find the longevity to be truly groundbreaking at almost 24 hours! Wow!

Blind bought it after hearing good reviews, when I first sprayed it I didn’t like the scent but after a bit of time on skin I have started to like it a bit more

Just incredibly underrated. I bought this about two years ago, it was a cheap purchase from Notino. Decided to wear it and sprayed it on like I would any other fragrance. Nope. Not a good idea. Like any 'Oud' based fragrance, Less is best. But I didn’t know. I was overwhelmed and but it in the dark corner of my cupboard. Forgot about it until last year when I was having a clear out. Put it on and liked it. Fast forward to the present. I put just three sprays on and I really love this, it’s up there with Acqua di Palma Oud, Tom Ford’s Tobacco Oud and Penhaligon’s Halfeti. Everyone needs to consider this when trying out an 'Oud' fragrance as it’s very accessible and the best 'Oud fragrance' at the price point (well it was until I returned to see that the price had doubled in recent years).
