L'Homme Idéal L'Intense esittää paradoksia: nimestään huolimatta arvostelijat huomauttavat johdonmukaisesti, että siltä puuttuu odotettu intensiteetti. Tuoksu avautuu erottuvan mausteisen chili- ja manteli-sointuun, joka aluksi vetoaa, mutta koostumus muuttuu ongelmalliseksi kehittyessään. Terävä, pippurimainen mausteinen luonne, jota hallitsevat chili-pippuri ja kardemumma, luo epätasapainoisen profiilin, jonka monet kokevat haastavaksi pikemminkin kuin kehittyneeksi. Vaikka pohja tarjoaa lämpimiä, sensuaalisia ominaisuuksia tonka-, vanilja- ja savuisilla säveillä, kuivuminen heikkenee yleiseksi, pölyiseksi, jauhomaiseksi puuluonteeksi. Suorituskyky on vahva (8-9 tuntia), mikä tekee siitä sopivan muodollisiin tilaisuuksiin ja talvi-iltoihin, mutta tuoksulta puuttuu tällä hintatasolla odotettu monimutkaisuus ja kehittyneisyys. Parhaiten varattu läheisissä kohtaamisissa ja ilta-asustuksessa käytettäväksi pikemminkin kuin monipuoliseen päivittäiseen käyttöön.

A bit more orange than lemon, possibly also a hint of lime, compared to the EdT. The slightly sweet honey scent is also present here, but it is more of a darker honey. In terms of spiciness, L'Intense leans more towards the spice cabinet, so it is slightly sharper with the spices. After a few minutes, the spiciness fades and what remains is dried orange peel with a touch of cinnamon. It somehow also has a floral aspect. Although L'Homme is in the name, I would classify this perfume as masculine unisex. While it is easier for a man to wear, this scent is also suitable for the slightly more mature lady for an afternoon coffee gathering. For men, it is also wearable in the office and probably best in winter and autumn.

This is an extremely underrated masterpiece of a fragrance. I have a large collection of fragrances by the worlds best brands but none of them get near this. It is absolutely amazing and something I would recommend to anyone and everyone.
