Hermès Paris Terre d'Hermès Alcohol-Free Deodorant Stick, 75ml

When I got into the perfume game a few months ago, I was firmly convinced that aquatic scents were exactly my thing. However, it has become difficult for me to say which of the many fragrances in this category have truly impressed me. Years ago, I found Cool Water really strong - today I see it a bit differently. My sister told me back then: “Try Terre d'Hermès!” Even though Terre d'Hermès is not a classic aquatic scent, it brings exactly that elegant, natural freshness I was actually looking for. After that, I wanted to know which of the well-known vetiver scents could keep up or perhaps even surpass it. So I tested the following: • Terre d'Hermès EDP • Terre d'Hermès Eau Intense Vetiver EDP • Terre d'Hermès Eau Givrée EDP • Montale Red Vetiver EDP • Guerlain Vetiver EDT • Tom Ford Grey Vetiver Parfum Red Vetiver came closest to it. In retrospect, I could have almost skipped the comparison - for me, Terre d'Hermès EDT remains by far the most convincing scent in this series.

This is the most delicious, long lasting and spoiling scent. It's understated and luxurious in equal measure. I always buy it for my husband who loves it.

I bought this as a gift for my dad for Christmas. you can't go wrong, this is a classic fragrance - yes it's expensive, i bought with 20% off but you definitely can tell the quality!
