Scandal is definitely not a bad fragrance; it has high recognizability, lasts well, and stands out. The sweet-honey, slightly creamy direction comes across as loud and provocative. Personally, I find it a bit too much over time. Too sweet, too direct, with hardly any development. Those who enjoy striking, sweet fragrances will find this one absolutely satisfying. For my taste, it lacks a bit of depth, so in the end, I remain rather neutral...
