Montblanc Legend EDT tunnetaan raikkaana, puhtaana miesten tuoksuna, jossa on hedelmäisiä vivahteita sekä selkeitä laventeli- ja puunuotteja. Monet kuvaavat sitä turvalliseksi, monia miellyttäväksi arkituoksuksi, joka toimii hyvin töissä, koulussa ja vapaa-ajalla ilman että se käy liian voimakkaaksi. Hinta nähdään usein edullisena suhteessa laatuun, joten se on suosittu toimisto- ja aloitustuoksu. Useissa arvioissa toistuvat kuitenkin samat heikkoudet: kesto on enintään keskitasoa, muutaman tunnin jälkeen tuoksu jää lähelle ihoa, ja projektointi on melko hillittyä. Lisäksi Legendin sanotaan usein muistuttavan paljon Abercrombie & Fitch Fierceä, joten se ei ole kovin omaperäinen. Alku voi tuoksua hieman synteettiseltä ja alkoholiselta ennen kuin se pehmenee puumaisempaan kuivatuoksuun. Ostajille, jotka etsivät hyvin uniikkia, pitkäkestoista tai erittäin voimakasta juhlat tuoksua, tämä voi olla pettymys, mutta helppoa, siistiä jokapäiväistä tuoksua hakevalle se tarjoaa paljon vastinetta rahalle.

I really liked the scent from Montblanc, and that was right from the first spray. It is super fresh and strongly reminds me of a really good sporty ice-cold shower gel. But this is not at all bad to understand. On the contrary, I love this freshness very much. You can wear this scent in the office as well as during the day on hot days. When I am on vacation, this scent is always with me, summer, sun, beach; when I think of a scent, it's this Montblanc here. I unconsciously reach for this scent so often that one or two bottles have already been emptied. To be honest, I find it hard to describe the fragrance notes of this scent. I love this extreme freshness; it does become softer over time but never loses its pleasantly cool freshness. Longevity is not beast mode, but it's not bad either. Absolutely okay, which is why for me the price-performance ratio of this scent is a win.

Legend Blue is, for me, the one that always works. Work? Works. Leisure? Works. Going out to dinner with the grandparents? Works. This scent doesn't make anything special or unique for the "trained" nose; it is simply rock-solid and usable in almost any situation. Even acquaintances of mine who turn up their noses at many niche or designer fragrances have nothing to criticize about this scent. The longevity and sillage are fine for me; by the end of a workday, there's not much left to notice, but for the majority of the day, it is indeed present, although not overwhelming. For anyone looking for a clean, versatile, and somewhat more mature scent than its brother, Legend Spirit, I can recommend Legend Blue without reservation.
