This mild variation is also lovely and in combination with ginger, it harmonizes really well. I have the feeling that the sweetness comes from the tonka bean. For me, it is already quite active in the top note. Floral nuances definitely play a role here, but they are never too strong and overwhelming. I could perceive the scent of a kind of iris until the dry down, and I really liked that. This iris scent combined with the tonka bean creates a wonderful picture for the finish. Roberto Cavalli has many fragrances that are truly beautiful. They are really great in terms of price-performance ratio and completely fly under the radar. These should definitely be more on everyone's radar.
