Yves Saint Laurent La Nuit de L'Homme on lämmin, maustettu miesten tuoksu klassisella kardemommi-kaneli-sekoituksella, tunnettu seksiästä ja viehättävästä karakteristaan. Se saa usein kehuja ja on ideaali illalle, treffeille ja muodollisiin tilaisuuksiin. Tuoksu tarjoaa hyvän hinta-laatusuhteen ja on tyylikäs ja elegantti. Kesto on kohtalainen (5–7 tuntia), mutta voi olla kohtalainen tai heikko joillakin ihon tyypeillä, ja projektiivisuus on rajoitettu, pysyen lähellä ihoa. Kuivumisvaiheessa se voi tuntua liian makealta tai pölyiseltä joillekin, ja se ei sovi yhtä hyvin kuumille kesäpäiville lämpimän, raskaan pohjan vuoksi. Jotkut käyttäjät pitävät sitä liian heikona tai vedeltäiseltä. Hyvä valinta illan käyttöön, mutta vähemmän sopiva päivittäiseen tai kesäiseen käyttöön.

I know it’s quite boring, not complex, and it doesn’t last particularly long, becoming skin-close quickly before it disappears, but still, it fulfills the reason I found myself in this perfume rabbit hole: it simply smells good and gives me a cozy feeling. And yet, I will continue to enjoy experimental niche fragrances. The scent starts sweet-fresh with a certain citrus note. Although not listed, the opening reminds me of green apple. After a short while, woods and violet join in, and the sweetness diminishes a bit. A base note can only be guessed at, as the scent unfortunately has really poor longevity. The fragrance is rather masculine, but refreshes everyone around it and can, in my opinion, be used well as unisex. Well, if it should be the case that I can only keep one, then it will probably be a huge bottle and a smaller one that comes along on trips ;)

This fragrance is an absolute allrounder in autumn / winter. It comes across as elegant and classic, and it has a fresh, spicy note - but I don't really perceive the pepper from the top note. Of course, it's not a scent that stands out from the crowd, but it offers a good price / performance ratio. The similarity to its namesake La Nuit de L'Homme Eau de Toilette is there - unfortunately also regarding the longevity, which disappoints me somewhat. It is also suitable for fragrance lovers who may not prefer very heavy scents for the cold days.
