Byredo Rose Noir on ylellinen niche-hajuvesi, joka tuo klassiseen ruusuun modernin sävyn. The Damascene rose arises from the start, proud indeed, freshened up a bit by grapefruit and touches of freesias and the green impression of rose leaves and stems. The rose is not very bright, but it is certainly not on the very dark side. Holding a bunch of roses in one's hands. At a later stage a pleasant cistus is added, and towards the end some white musks. I get moderate sillage, very good projection and seven hours of longevity on my skin. A nice rose impression in this spring scent, which is expressing some variety and a good longevity. 3.25/5.

A sweet, musk that's works for any season. Its mature and alluring, I usually have to reapply after five hours or so I try to use it sparingly. The box is also super fancy!

If y love Oud this is y this is so nice for men and women who like stronger notes like me it stays 2 days easy after showering daily its the best my next one will be Seven Veil its a Vanilla base so pretty this is a great line the best y cant go wrong its worth every dime and some the shippers are the best in town fast shipping great company as well Enjoy

This is only mildly earthy, Byredo says it is dirty but I didn't think so. It's "dirty" in the way that Coco Mademoiselle is a bit "dirty", or even less so. It was dark, it smelled like a rose with dark florals. It was pretty but not that interesting imo. I have L'Artisan Voleur de Roses on the other arm and although I don't like it and it's not as smooth and artistic as the Byredo, it is dirtier and has a touch more character.

I read the reviews and sniff my wrist where I applied Rose Noir a few hours ago and I can only wonder at how different perceptions of fragrance can be! Grapefruit, freesia, where? Dirty, animalic? uh uh, I get none of that. On my skin it is a beautiful deep dark rose that I would swear has some orris root in it giving it one of the most earthy roses I've yet to encounter. I spritzed some on, DH, came in and said what is that? It is gorgeous! And a few hours later after only getting deeper and rosier, he still is asking for sniffs. This is fbw for this gal!
