Giorgio Armani Privé Rose d'Arabie EdP -tuoksu 100 ml

It is not a typical rose wood scent, but much more elegant and finely constructed. The saffron in the top note smells surprisingly natural to me and not synthetic at all. The rose in the heart is dark, warm, and very velvety. The patchouli is soft, slightly smoky, and gives the fragrance depth without making it heavy. In the dry down, the scent becomes warm, sweet, and sensual. It acquires a resinous and powdery component that has almost a musky quality and rounds everything off beautifully. This rose acts like a pleasant companion. It is present but never intrusive and lasts just as long as it should. I like to layer it with Mukhalat Al Tamayoz . This makes it more intense and significantly longer-lasting. Be sure to try this out and let me know how it works for you.

I probably belong to the few who find the design of the bottle less appealing. The golden shimmering cap… I don’t know, it seems a bit too flashy for me. However, much more important for a perfume is the scent. And this one absolutely convinces me. I must say, though, that I like it when the smoky smell dominates; however, I can also understand if some people miss the rose a bit. I do notice it quite minimally, in fact. In any case, one should not only give "Armani Privé - Oud Royal" a chance on the test strip, but also on the skin. It’s fascinating how the scent develops further.

I received a 10 ml sample today (thank you again to VTZ). What can I say? It completely blew me away. I will probably have to bite the bullet and buy a full bottle. It's just a shame that it doesn't come as an After Shave Balm, Shower Gel, and Deo Stick.
