Hermès Jour d'Hermès on Jean-Claude Ellenan luoma kevyt, hienostunut kukkainen tuoksu, jolla on erinomainen diffuusio ja kestävyys. Tuoksu yhdistää tuoreita sitruuna- ja vihreitä kukkaisia sävelyä pehmeään, valkoiseen moskkukseen. Tämä on monipuolinen tuoksu, joka sopii sekä päivä- että ilta-aikaiseen käyttöön kaikissa vuodenaikoissa. Hienovarainen, elegantti luonne tekee siitä ihanteellisen niille, jotka suosivat varovaisia, hienostuneet tuoksuja. Kestävyys on hyvä kevyelle tuoksulle, vaikka tämä voi vaihdella ihotyypistä riippuen. Jotkut käyttäjät saattavat pitää sitä liian hienovaraisena.

This EDP opens with an uplifting citrus that lasts for about an hour. The heart seems to be composed of gardenia with elements of water notes and some non-descript green notes that seem to wash each other out. I found this fragrance to be mostly composed of sweet pea powder musk. I do understand and appreciate the concept of a quiet scent and how fragrance does not need to shout to make a statement. However, I found this EDP to be very thin, transparent with a weak tenacity to it. Its very lacking in something but I can't identify what it is. What a shame. I often enjoy Hermes fragrances but this isn't one of them.

I love this perfume. The sample size seem to be a little bit more citrusy. I like the bergamot. I still love it.

It is my favorite perfume and to have it delivered to my front door was an added bonus.

Warning. The one I received was not authentic. It was a lot of alcohol and the ghost of the grassy bottom note. It obviously was cut with a lot of alcohol. I wouldn't believe that this was eau de toilette, much less parfum. I own Jardin sur le Toit, soI know what an Hermes fragrance should be: complex, full, and long lasting. Forget this one.
