Bright aqua scent. Aqua, pool, alc. come to mind as the first associations. It's actually quite okay, but a very penetrating seaweed/alcohol smell immediately comes through. It really stings the nose at times and takes away all the lightness & elegance. The theme was captured by Margiela, but I have the feeling that this was more about sitting by a chlorinated pool than on a beach/sea on a boat.

I was really looking forward to receiving this after reading such glowing reviews, but wow. This is just ghastly on me. I couldn't wait to wash it off my wrists. Had to return it.

Replica Sailing Day is a must have. I LOVE THE WAY IT MAKES YOU FEEL!! Just by spraying on a bit you feel special. The scent is so fresh. I always get stopped to ask for its name. It's a must have !!

This was another in the sample box (“Memory Box”). Very linear and boring. Smells like any one of a number of generic “blue” fragrances from the 1990s or early 2000s. If you like aquatic fragrances you might like this, but the full size is vastly overpriced for such a simple, linear scent. It does linger and has very good projection. To further damn with faint praise, it’s one of the only aquatic scents I’ve tried that my skin chemistry didn’t eventually turn into rotten seafood...
