Maison Martin Margiela When The Rain Stops, EdT 30ml

I was looking for a fragrance that perfectly captures the moment after rain with forest/green notes. A friend then showed me this perfume, and I had to test it. It starts off very strongly aquatic and fresh. However, after about 30 minutes of strong sun, it flattens out and transitions into this green earthy note with slight floral accents. I can't understand all the opinions that it smells too synthetic. The longevity is surprisingly long for a fresh scent. I was able to wear it comfortably for 6 hours without reapplying. Overall, it's a very very good fragrance that, to be honest, isn't extremely complex, which it shouldn't have to be for me. I'm very happy that I bought this scent.

More like an aftershave than a perfume, definitely very masculine. Nothing like it's name suggests, no lightness or freshness. Seriously disappointed ☹️

Had my eye on this fragrance for a long time and so glad I ordered! Every time I’ve worn it I’ve had compliments. Settles down so nicely on the skin and lasts all day.

I wanted to love it but it’s just ok. It’s not bad, but I wouldn’t purchase it again.

Bought this for a friends birthday gift after seeing good reviews, and i'm so impressed, very wearable and seems like it could cater to everyone
