Aldehydes and violet act well together on top. It begins to smell like heliotrope to me a bit later. Very powdery. The narcissus appears some time later. Slight cinnamon. Vanilla later, as it settles into a skin scent. Easy to wear. Not overly creative but, pretty... The dang stuff has grown on me. I love it!

a veeery elegant,unique and gourmandy smell of powdered vanilla/mimosas..... reminds me of thick narcissus polen,mimosa and a hint of whiskey....sweet,cosy and beautiful!

Listed Notes:Top notes are aldehydes and violet leaf; middle notes are whiskey and narcissus; base notes are popcorn, musk and vanilla. The idea of these notes is fabulous, but I'm afraid the reality is less interesting. First on is a pleasant soap and vanilla powder scent, a lot like a friend who used to work in a soap and perfume shop: She always smelled like soap dust and light perfume, very nice. then dry down mellows to musky notes on vanilla and a feeling but not scent of cinnamon. Full dry down is basically a vanilla musk and sort of boring, but it’s like a tamer version of Musc Ravegur and without the plastic edge. I like it, but it's hard to find. Worth trying for the fans of vanilla musks.
