Very quick standard delivery and kept well informed but sadly Royal Mail said they couldn’t deliver to the address stated for some strange reason and returned to the firm! No idea why at all. Luckily the customer services were excellent and it was easy to get in touch and immediately issued a refund when they received the order back. Have used them before and they are very efficient even when a problem!
