The start is bright, floral, and sweet. The jasmine takes center stage. Accompanying it is a pleasant spiciness from the tobacco and a slight, tart fruitiness from the juniper. A beautiful interplay. Over time, it becomes creamier and even develops a sunscreen moment on my skin, while the spiciness continues to play a role. This gives the fragrance the necessary depth to avoid ending up as just a flower water. In the drydown, the iris reveals its cards and adds a pleasant powdery-sweet floral note. A very lovely all-day fragrance.
