Product arrived promptly, however when I tried to set it up I hit a bug while trying to install the latest firmware update. After a lot of stress I finally found the solution on Reddit, from 5 months ago. This problem has been around for 5 months and hasn't been fixed! Even worse, if it's been around for 5 months you could at least have included some information on how to solve it in the welcome pack. Very frustrating.

I bought a Ledger Nano device 7 weeks ago and have still not got everything working. I wanted (and want) to store some Stellar Lumens securely. Of course I may be doing or omitting something stupid. But I've tried more than once, looked at some videos and even tried the online chat-help. (They finished by claiming the problem was with a 3rd party app and I should ask for help elsewhere.) I have bought the Stellar Lumens but they are currently on the exchange where I bought them. Needless to say, I hoped for better.
