Smeg Classic Kaksoisuuni DOSF6390X (teräs)

This is my second Smeg oven. The first one had to be left when we moved house. I did a lot of research, and tried to spend less money, but there’s no doubt that it was worth spending a bit extra. It looks great and is very efficient. It’s taken me a week or two to get used to the controls again, but it’s all coming back to me now. I like how the roasting trays fit into the side rails, freeing up shelf space when cooking a large meal. The only minus for me is that there were only two shelves provided, whereas my first Smeg had three. I shall buy the telescopic rails, as it makes it easier to remove hot dishes from the oven. The interior is also very smart. I’m tempted not to cook as I don’t want it to get dirty!

Although I really love the look of the oven and it seems well built, I am finding it extremely confusing to use. I'm sure after a few more weeks I will get my head around it but it does seem overly confusing which is a bit off putting.

A very smart‑looking appliance. Compared with my old cooker, it heats up much faster and cooks far more evenly. It’s also incredibly quiet — you can barely hear it while it’s running. The black glass design will divide opinion: it looks great, but when cooking you can’t see the food inside unless the internal light is switched on. One feature I really appreciate is how well the oven controls the heat when you open the door — you don’t get a blast of hot air in your face.

loved the look of the oven, and it feels good quality. Took a bit of getting used to with the control panel, had to read the instructions to get to work. Wouldn't recommend in a house you were ever going to let or air bnb as i think it would be too complicated but i love it now im used to how it works.

Great product. Very easy to use, looks good and cooks well.
